Megan Wise DPT

Megan is a licensed physical therapist and a graduate of New York University with a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and a Certified Life Coach.

For the past six years, she has specialized in performing arts physical therapy and has treated the Broadway cast and crews of over 30 Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including Hamilton, Mean Girls, CATS, and Wicked.

She has also had the privilege of working with professional dancers from American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and many others.

She also provides physical therapy services to film and television productions across New York City.

 

Megan is available for physical therapy sessions, quick consultations, and fitness screening. Out-of-network with all insurances,

except NYS Workers’ Compensation.

Anthony Sacramento

 Dr. Anthony is a licensed Physical Therapist and a Lifestyle-Mindset Coach. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from NYU and has acquired over 10+ certifications to efficiently get people out of pain, empower others to take ownership of their health and lives, and perform at their highest level.

Dr. Anthony has coached D1 athletes from the University of Minnesota and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign along with national champions and Olympic hopefuls. Additionally, he has worked with 1000+ patients spanning from marathon runners and gymnasts to professional MMA fighters, soccer players, and dancers.

Prior to his career as a physical therapist, he was an artistic gymnast who captained his team to a 2012 NCAA National Championship title while achieving 3x All-American titles and 4 Big Ten Team Titles.

Dr. Anthony knows what it means to overcome injury and failure and how to return to competing and performing at an elite level. He uses his personal experience and knowledge from 5 orthopedic surgeries to educate others on mental toughness, injury prevention, goal setting, and how to show up to the competition floor, and life, stronger and faster than ever.

Dr. Ellen Rivas

Dr. Ellen Rivas received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University at Buffalo in 2012. Since then, she has spent hundreds of hours on continuing education courses, including Pilates Teacher training, to broaden her knowledge and perfect her craft. Dr. Ellen specializes in orthopedic and sports related injuries, as well as women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunctions.

 

Dr. Ellen believes the pelvic floor is often the missing link to many unresolved musculoskeletal conditions and her expertise in both orthopedics and the pelvic floor allows for a more holistic approach. 

Dr. Ellen’s treatment approach is integrative and holistic, which includes breath work, manual therapy, postural restoration, and corrective exercises using Pilates principles.

Dr. Ellen is available for physical therapy consultations and is out-of-network with most major insurances.
