Tara is the founder of 212 Pilates. In 2013, she left her corporate job to travel and reflect, and soon realized that no matter where she was, Pilates always brought her home. That realization led her to pursue comprehensive teacher training in classical, contemporary, and therapeutic Pilates.
Beyond mastering the traditional repertoire, Tara has trained extensively in injury prevention and special populations, including pre/postnatal clients, back pain, osteoporosis, and joint issues (hip, knee, shoulder, and wrist). Her approach is deeply personalized, whether you’re looking for a challenging workout or a restorative session. Tara created 212 Pilates with this philosophy at its core, and she can’t wait to welcome you to our expanded studio and wellness space!
